Each board is unique, made with woods such as Big Leaf Maple, Wenge, Canarywood, Black Walnut, Black Cherry and other varieties, finished with locally produced bees wax & food-safe oils.

Fun family fact: Clay Cook is the father of Claire Cook, General Manager at Cochon restaurant.
